On Thursday billionaire and Twitter lover, Elon Musk revealed the Cybertruck: Tesla’s first truck. It was a long-anticipated for electric vehicle fans, who had been waiting six years for this pickup truck.

However, it looks none of that time was spent on the truck’s design, because the Cybertruck is one intensely ugly vehicle. That’s what Twitter says, and that’s the truth.
It will seat six, the Cybertruck can supposedly tow 7,500 pounds, accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in less than 6.5 seconds, and go up to 500 miles on a single charge. This all sounds good, and moving away from dependence on fossil fuels should always be supported.
But all of this is a moot point if people are ashamed to be seen in that thing. Which they will be if they have an affinity for design.

The Cybertruck looks like an ’80s filmmaker’s idea of a dystopian future or kids drawing. It looks like Wile E. Coyote ordered it from the Acme Corporation to drop on the Road Runner. It looks like a Chinese Firefly from Joss Whedon’s Firefly.
There are a few who think Elon Musk is the key who will get us to Valhalla, and who unreservedly love his moving cinderblock. Even so, the reaction online has been overrun by those with functioning eyes.
This Tesla looks like something from Goldeneye on N64, back before they could really make people look like people and cars like cars pic.twitter.com/qfjJP0DtT8

i love how the Cybertruck is the clearest sign that the rich’s primary idea of what people want is “to not have your car damaged by people trying to kill you in the revolution”

I was so convinced that was not the real #Cybertruck and they were going to bring out the real one at the end.
