Incredible Footage Of Sweaty Fingers Through A Macro Lens

Sweaty Fingers

Did you know that the complex spiral ridges on your fingers host thousands of microscopic sweat pores? The incredible people of YouTube’s Timelapse Vision Inc. channel have produced this footage using a macro lens on a Timelapse camera which zooms into the tiny symmetric lines on fingertips and palm which is known as epidermal ridges. The sweat ducts of these glands are open at the top, which leads to fingerprints and smudges on the screen when using a smartphone with sweaty hands.
