The Galaxy Note 7 due to battery cell issue was exploding and some are still reported of it exploding and damaging other properties, Now, There has been a similar report about Apple’s latest smartphone. Apparently, an iPhone 7 has exploded in China for no reason at all.
We don’t have a lot of details available about the incident yet. A user on Reddit posted some pictures of the exploded iPhone 7 but didn’t really say how it happened. We don’t know if the handset exploded in transit while it was still inside the box or what. It’s all very vague, so we should take it with a grain of salt for now.
Apple has not commented on the matter yet and it’s unlikely to, since this could be an isolated incident right now. As far as we know, the iPhone 7 doesn’t seem to have a battery defect that would warrant a recall like the Galaxy Note 7.
It seems like an isolated incident and not a widespread epidemic.
