Scuba Diving in Bali Gets Trash Instead Of Tropical Fish

Scuba Diving in Bali

A scuba diver at Manta Point off the coast of Nusa Penida, Bali was expecting to see some mantas, jellies or colorful tropical fish but instead, he was greeted by a sea of plastic and trash, brought in by the tide.

The diver reports that the next day ‘what the currents bringeth, the currents taketh away’ as divers at Manta Point reported no plastic or trash at all, just some mantas and jellies that he was hoping to see. But, it doesn’t mean the plastic dissolved, it just continued on its journey somewhere else into the Indian Ocean.
