The Boneca Apartment, which is designed by architect Brad Swartz, is surprisingly ample space despite its size – 258 sq. ft./24 sq m.

While the word “Boneca” means “doll’s house” in Portuguese, Swartz’s smart design gives this Sydney home the same feeling of openness and opulence found in bigger spaces.

All of the detail in the micro-apartment, which is listed on listed on Airbnb with a 4.92 rating, was evaluated for maximum efficiency while fostering a minimalist lifestyle. Most notably, the kitchen and bathroom create a long living and dining zone and enable for the screened sleeping nook, both overseeing the view from new big windows.
