Tesla’s been bringing games to its cars for a while now: Tesla Arcade on a Model 3 back in 2019, and then the first level of Cuphead and a car karaoke mode came to the in-car software later that year and last year Fallout Shelter.
If it is too hard for you to find a PS5 or Xbox Series X, how about an $80,000 electric sports car with similar performance and tech? Tesla just announced its new Model S today, and a new “Plaid” powertrain isn’t its only performance improvement— the company maintains the car can now go face to face with next-gen gaming consoles, thanks to a 10-teraflop gaming rig that will come with every new model.
Considering that refers to GPU performance and Tesla isn’t passionately exaggerating, that might really be competitive with a PS5 or Xbox Series X, which offers 10.28 teraflops and 12 teraflops of raw GPU power respectively.
You can also play CD Projekt’s acclaimed adventure game The Witcher 3, just as Musk foretold:
Want to play The Witcher game on your Tesla? (you can already watch the show on Tesla Netflix theater)
